Augma Lift™ - Kit B Working Procedure In cases where the sinus height is over 4mm

• Creating the osteotomy by drilling with a pilot drill up to 2mm below the estimated bone height, and proceeding with Augma Lift Kit B drills.
• Elevating the sinus membrane
• Augmenting the sinus
• Placing the implant
